For over a decade Steve has directed the Arrow Leadership Program in North America, and he now serves as president. Steve has journeyed alongside hundreds of Christian leaders, leveraging his leadership experience serving in local church, denominational – specifically with CBOQ Youth, parachurch and marketplace roles. A graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University (HBBA), Tyndale Seminary (MDiv) and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (DMin), Steve’s goal is to equip leaders to cultivate spiritual vibrancy, develop healthy and holy character, grow deep relationships and leverage their leadership for maximum impact.

Dr. Anna Robbins is the Director of Doctoral Studies, overseeing the Acadia Doctor of Ministry program, and Academic Dean of Acadia Divinity College. Dr. Robbins also serves as Associate Professor of Theology, Culture and Ethics. In London, she was involved in many organizations as theological consultant, including Theos (a public theology thinktank), Christians in Politics, Tearfund, and the Evangelical Alliance. She served on the council of the Baptist Union of Great Britain and was a British delegate to the Baptist World Alliance. She writes and speaks widely on ethics, contemporary culture and apologetics, and has numerous publications.
Breakfast is at the Rainbow Salon (where our session room is). Later this morning, we will have a group picture together.

Rev. Dr. Dave Overholt is the founding pastor of Church on the Rock, one of the largest and longest running youth-targeted churches in North America. In addition to 27 years in youth ministry, Dr. Overholt has a doctorate in philosophy of education from University of Toronto with a thesis in “Adults Mentoring Adolescents.” Dr. Overholt speaks to thousands of students, youth workers and church leaders each year through a wide-ranging speaking and consulting ministry.
Dinner is held in the Rainbow Salon. Take the elevator from the registration lobby to the 10th floor (i.e. the restaurant). After exiting the elevator, turn left and go to the end of the restaurant where the double doors will bring you into the Rainbow Salon.
